~ We ship anywhere in the United States, using USPS First-Class mail.
~ Shipping, for orders over $100 is free. All others are calculated based on location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. 
~ All sales are final and we are unable to accept any returns or exchange any item once sold. 
~ Exceptions are made only if your item is damaged when we ship it to you. In which case, we will gladly repair the item at no additional cost or exchange it for jewelry equal to the value of your current purchased item. 

Damaged Merchandises Return Process: 
~ We pack and ship each ReeMat piece with personal care to ensure it arrives safely.
~ If your ReeMat Designs jewelry does arrive damaged, please inform us immediately and send a picture of the damaged item.
~ We will supply a mailing label for the item to be returned to us. Please note you have to ship the damaged piece(s) within 5 business days of receiving the label.
